Do I have to be in shape to take a cycling class?

Our classes are carefully designed to cater all fitness levels from the beginner to the advanced rider. Please let your instructor know if you are new to cycling, and he/she will set you up and orient you to the bike. Everyone works at their own level, at their own pace. It’s simple: your legs, your heart, your goals, your ride.

Do you have locker rooms?

Ride features beautiful lockers outfitted with digital locks in addition to separate changing rooms.

Do you have water and towels or should I bring my own?

We have filtered water fountains at the studio if you need to fill up.Complimentary towels are also provided for your convenience.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes. You can create an account online or through our Welcome Team in ourStudio.

Do I need to bring cycling shoes?

No, we offer shoes for use during your ride. You are welcome to bring your own or purchase a new pair at the Studio. Our pedals are SPD cleats compatible.

How early should I arrive?

If it’s your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class. Please note, that if you have not signed in 4 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released. If you are running late, please give us a call and we will hold your bike for up to 10 minutes after the class starts.

What happens when I get there?

When you arrive at Ride, check in with the front desk. Our Welcome Team will help you sign-in for your bike, give you a tour of the Studio, and set up your bike with you.

When can I sign up for classes?

Classes can be booked online two weeks in advance.

How can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your class online. If you have to cancel a class, please do it before 12 hours before the scheduled class start time to avoid a penalty.
