Your colored power zones are displayed on the front screen, which features Stages IQ technology - where getting it done meets keeping it fun!
Getting in shape never felt so good! Ride Delray believes in giving back to our community, and once a month we ride for a reason with all profits and donations given to a designated charity. Riders submit the name of a local non-profit, and each month we draw the winning recipient!

This 1/2 hour class is dedicated to strengthening and chiseling your abs. Floor work using weights focusing on increasing core strength and tightening muscles will increase the health of your body, and improve the look of your physique.
Shred your guts, tone your arms, and get a killer butt with this awesome 45 minute Full Body workout. This action packed class utilizes TRX, kettle bells, bousu balls, Nubells, and bands to maximize calorie burn, and tone the entire body.
Develop killer ass-sets in this 50 minute class. All exercises target your glutes and core, creating a bootiful booty! You'll have the best butt in town from taking this class! Great for all levels of fitness.
This class is based on barre-type movements, which are a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. Exercises that focus on isometric strength training, combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements are performed using light handheld weights. Mats are also used for barre-core work. Be prepared to feel the burn!
