Our cycling Classes

Rhythm Ride (45 min)

This ride is an exhilarating, high-intensity cardio party featuring indoor cycling techniques combined with choreographed rhythmic moves to the beat of the music. We also use the display board, illustrating your watts (power) and rpms (speed) to keep you motivated. You’ll quickly reach your fitness goals, and leave feeling uplifted, motivated and happy!

Performance Ride (45 min)

During this challenging class, you’ll be riding the rainbow! 

Now we're riding with purpose - this is how the pros do it! You’ll determine your Power RX within the first 10 minutes of class, and then you’ll be riding the rainbow! It’s a power filled par-tay! Your colored power zones are displayed on the front screen, which features Stages IQ technology - where getting it done meets keeping it fun!

Power Hour (60 min)



Charity Ride (45 min)

Getting in shape never felt so good! Ride Delray believes in giving back to our community, and once a month we ride for a reason with all profits and donations given to a designated charity. Riders submit the name of a local non-profit, and each month we draw the winning recipient!

Ride 101 (40 min)

If you’re new to indoor cycling or returning to fitness, this exciting class features proper bike fitting, basic cycling techniques, understanding the power meter and choreography. Several classes are recommended, and you’ll be a rock star in no time!

Small Group Training

This personalized classes is taught by a personal trainer for the fraction of the price! The class is limited to 10 people giving you more individualized attention, to ensure safety and proper execution of all the exercises. The class is 60 minutes of total body conditioning utilizing strengthening and conditioning exercises with weights, bars, bands, and bells to get all the whistles.


Killer Core

This 1/2 hour class is dedicated to strengthening and chiseling your abs. Floor work using weights focusing on increasing core strength and tightening muscles will increase the health of your body, and improve the look of your physique.

Body By B

An Intense sculpting class utilizing light weights, bands and floor work to target glutes, legs and abs to sculpt your body to pure perfection.

Full Body Blast

Shred your guts, tone your arms, and get a killer butt with this awesome 45 minute Full Body workout. This action packed class utilizes TRX, kettle bells, bousu balls, Nubells, and bands to maximize calorie burn, and tone the entire body.


Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Teachers design their own sequences, while students synchronize their breath with their movement. The original Power Yoga was developed and founded by Beryl Bender Birch, but is now a term used to describe many vigorous vinyasa styles.
